PestGrade is an independent pest control software comparison & grading site. We build none of the tools we grade and have no product of our own — so our rankings reflect what's best for the operator, not who pays the most or who owns the blog.
Who writes this
PestGrade is founded, researched, and written by Andy Mills. Andy runs PestGrade as an independent guide to the software pest control businesses use to run their operations — scheduling, route optimization, recurring/quarterly billing, chemical & compliance tracking, customer comms, and CRM.
Andy doesn't build, sell, or work for any of the tools PestGrade grades. We're independent reviewers — not practitioners, not a vendor, not a directory. Our authority comes from a rigorous, transparent, repeatable method rather than from claimed hands-on use.
Why PestGrade exists
Most "reviews" of pest control software are written either by the companies that make the tools or by directories paid to list them. An operator trying to choose between GorillaDesk, FieldRoutes, Jobber, Housecall Pro, PestPac, QuoteIQ and the rest is left comparing sales pages. PestGrade applies the same rubric to every tool, keeps it current as pricing and features change, and gives a verdict scoped to the operator's actual situation — solo, small crew, or commercial.
How we stay honest
PestGrade is reader-supported: when you sign up for a tool through our links, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. That commission never affects a grade or ranking — if the best tool for your situation pays us nothing, that's the one we recommend. Our method is public in How We Grade, and our funding is fully disclosed in our affiliate disclosure.
